Set a cutting board on the table and take a sharp knife to prepare meat. Grab boneless, skinless chicken breast and then cut in the horizontal direction.Make flat and thin pieces of chicken and then set them aside. In case you find excessive moisture over the skin, use a towel to dry it before preparing the chicken.
Take a mixing bowl and add all the spices including paprika, garlic powder, or onion powder. Mix these spices for 1 to 2 minutes until you find that all the seasonings are incorporated and then sprinkle these spices on the chicken. Pour avocado oil onto the coated chicken.
Our chicken has been prepared and the next task is to cook it. Mix oil and coat the spices on the chicken properly and turn the air fryer on. Set the air fryer at 415 degrees F and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes to preheat and as a result, it will evenly cook chicken.
Take the tray of the air fryer out and place pieces of chicken properly. Do not fill the tray with pieces because it can ruin our recipe so place 3 to 4 pieces only and fry them for 10 minutes maximum. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of chicken pieces.
The internal temperature must be 165 degrees F while the air fryer temperature should be 415 degrees F. Flip the sides and check if the chicken is evenly cooked and then take the pieces out of the tray. Our chicken is ready so place the pieces onto the plate and serve it.
