First, wash off your peeled potatoes. If they are not already chopped, chop them into bite-size chunks (preferably ½ inches and ¾ inches thick slices).
Add these potatoes to a bowl and season them with a coat of olive oil. Toss the bowl to proportionately coat the slices.
Next, add the seasoning of your choice. You can always pick and choose between the ingredients depending on your mood.
Now, spread the seasoned potatoes in an even layer of the air fryer basket. Make sure to not overcrowd the basket, as it can leave them soggy and undercooked.
Adjust your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and keep it running for around 20 minutes, or until the slices turn golden. Make sure to flip them halfway through.
Finally, your potatoes should be crisped and fork-tender. Served them with herbs like oregano, or fresh parsley. Or make a dip by blending parsley, cilantro, and yogurt.
