First things first, wash the rhubarbs and cut the ends. Now cut about ½ inch pieces.
Take the butter in the quantity I mentioned in the recipe and cut it into cubes.
Take a mixing bowl and add white sugar, vanilla extract, and 20 g of flour. Stir them well.
Now add the pieces of rhubarb to this bowl and mix well.
Grease the ramekins and pour the prepared mixture into them.
It’s time to prepare the crumble topping. Put the remaining 120 g of plain flour in a mixing bowl with butter and oats. Stir until they look like breadcrumbs.
Add mixed spices, brown sugar, and pecans into it. Mix everything until fully combined.
Put it over the rhubarb mixture in ramekins.
Sprinkle some of the brown sugar over the mixture.
Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
Put the ramekins with the rhubarb crumbles mixture in an air fryer.
Cook for about 18 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Serve it with custard, vanilla ice cream, yogurt or cream.
