Start the cooking procedure with water boiling so take an electric kettle and pour 470 ml of water. The purpose is to boil the water, turn it on, and leave it for 30 seconds to a minute until the water boils. While the water is in the kettle, uncover the pack of the mixed stuffing mixture and separate 170 grams of the stuffing balls.
Add the stuffing mixture with butter to a bowl and leave for a few seconds. The butter will be melted and incorporated into the mixture within a few minutes. See if the water is boiling in the kettle while mixing butter with the stuffing balls.
When you find that the water is boiling, carefully pour it over the mixture. Use a spoon to stir the mixture with the hot water for a minute. The stuffing mixture will absorb water and the melted butter while you are stirring. Leave the bowl for 5 minutes until the water is hydrated and the butter becomes part of the stuffing mixture.
While the water is hydrating, we can preheat our air fryer. Take the air fryer out of the kitchen carcass and turn it on. The purpose of preheating is to prepare it for the mixture, in this way, it will evenly cook and make the stuffing more flavorful so set it at 140 degrees F and leave it for 2 minutes.
Use a spoon to rough up the upper layer of the mixture to make it uneven. It will add more crispness and make stuffing more flavorful. It is time to place the mixture but first transfer it to a small container that can fit inside the air fryer basket and then spray a small amount of vegetable oil on the mixture.
Place the container inside the basket and start cooking for 10 minutes maximum at 340 degrees F. You can increase or decrease the temperature but it can affect the taste of stuffing. In my opinion, cooking it at low temperatures can make stuffing yummier compared to cooking it at high temperatures.
Check the air fryer from time to time and stir the mixture or shake the container. Sometimes, stuffing takes more time, up to 10 minutes. You can cook it for a further 5 minutes at 390 degrees F and stir while cooking; otherwise, it can stick to the bottom of the container.
When you find that the stuffing is changing color to brown, take a plate and transfer the container from the basket onto it. Our stuffing is ready to serve within only 25 minutes. You can taste stuffing to check if all the flavors are well infused or you need to cook it a little longer.
