For busy people who are looking for easy weeknight dinners, pork medallions are a great option. The dish does not take more than 25 minutes to prepare and the perfectly tenderized and crispy meat is amazing. Here is my take on the pork medallions in the air fryer, so dive right in.

Pork Medallions In Air Fryer
Equipment
- Air Fryer
- Silicone-tipped tongs
- Parchment paper You may substitute it with silicone liners
- Mixing bowls
- Measuring spoons/ cups
Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Black PepperÂ
Instructions
- Start your recipe by mixing all the ingredients except the pork pieces in a medium bowl. Combine everything well.
- Once all is mixed up, add this in a zip-top tag along with your pork tenderloin. Keep your mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes for marination.
- Now that the meat is well marinated, slice it into 8 equal pieces. Start by cutting the entire meat piece in half, then cut each half in half, and each quarter in half.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover your air fryer basket with the parchment paper and transfer the marinated pork pieces in it.
- Cook them for 9 to 10 minutes in the air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. You can check whether the pork is properly cooked by inserting the meat thermometer in the thickest pieces of the meat, and the internal temperature should be 145 degrees Fahrenheit. If it is not cooked properly, cook it for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer your food to the serving plate and serve it with your favorite side.
Notes
- Do not stack the pork pieces in the air fryer. Always leave a gap between each piece, so the air is circulated properly and the food gets cooked evenly. Considering this, you may cook the pork medallions in batches.
- Always note that second batches take less time. This is because the air fryer is already hot enough to cook the meat.
- Before serving it, let the meat rest for at least 3 to 5 minutes.
- Not all air fryers are the same. So, it is always better to adjust the cooking time and heat setting according to your air fryer model.
