First of all, you need to take a large bowl and place the chicken wings in it. Prepare the chicken wings by splitting them at the joint and removing the tips of the wings to allow for better marination.
In the meantime, take the smaller bowl and add 5 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and add all the other spices into it. Mix the contents well to make a paste.
Once the paste is mixed up well, transfer it directly onto the chicken wings. Wear your hand gloves and start tossing the wings so that the paste can spread evenly over the wings.
After that, simply leave the wings to marinate for a few hours. The minimum marination time is three hours however, the longer you let it marinate the more tasteful and flavourful your wings will turn out to be. So, I suggest, you leave them marinated overnight.
After the marination time is up, take your chicken wings and dip them into the cornflour to coat them evenly. Gently press the corn flour into your wings to make it stick better. After that, shake off the excess corn flour from your wings and transfer them to a flat dish.
Now, drench the silicon oiling brush into the olive oil and apply a thin coat of oil on both sides of the wings. In the meantime, set up the air fryer and let it preheat for at least five minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Transfer the wings into the air fryer basket and the air fryer. Let the wings cook for five minutes and then take out the basket to flip the other side of the wings before putting them back in. Repeat this process for a good twenty-five minutes and your wings will be ready to serve.
Serve the wings with your favorite sauce and enjoy the deliciousness! In case you have leftovers, you may refrigerate the wings for about three days.
