- Take the fish fillet or salmon you have and cut it into small rough chunks. Add these into a food processor along with the Thai red curry paste, coriander, fish sauce, lime juice, lemongrass, spring onion, and eggs.Give all these a spin in a food processor until finely chopped. Don’t overboard in this step, we don't need a paste. When the mixture is still thick pour it into a bowl.
